These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Casa Danielle (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the guest (“you”, “your”) regarding the booking and use of our holiday rental property located in Can Furnet, Ibiza
By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
House Rules

Security deposit of €250 will be charged at check in, and refunded within 7 days of checkout pending no damages or breach of terms & conditions

Check out time is 11am

Check in time is from 3pm until midnight. If you require a check-in after midnight a €50 cash payment is due.

Parking is available and free on the road outside the flat.

Casa Danielle is strictly non-smoking, including outdoor areas

As we are located in a quiet community, we have noise restrictions. Please keep noise to a minimum and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Music speakers not permitted due to noise restrictions

Parties & events not permitted

A maximum of 4 people can sleep at the flat and no one is to sleep on the sofa. If more than 4 people are found to have been sleeping at the house, an extra 50 EUR per extra person will be chargeable for the entire length of the reservation regardless of how many nights the extra people stayed.

Pets are not permitted

You are responsible for the behaviour of all guests in your booking group.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Bookings are confirmed once we have received online payment
1.2 The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
1.3 Payments must be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal
1.4 If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
2. Security Deposit
2.1 A refundable security deposit of €250 is required to cover damages, breakages, or breaches of these Terms.
2.2 The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
2.3 Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breach of house rules.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund
3.2 If you cancel 15-30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund
3.3 If you cancel later than 15 days prior to booking, or fail to arrive, no refund will be provided.
3.4 We recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations.
3.5 In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
4.1 Check-in is from 15:00
4.2 Check-out is by 11:00
4.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
5. Use of Property
5.1 The property is provided for holiday use only and not for commercial purposes.
5.2 You must not sublet, assign, or transfer your booking.
5.3 Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
6. Your Responsibilities
6.1 You must take reasonable care of the property, furniture, and equipment.
6.2 Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.
6.3 You are responsible for keeping the property secure (locking doors and windows when not occupied).
7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage sustained by you or your guests during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.
7.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings.
7.3 We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, strikes, construction noise, or government restrictions.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
8.1 We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
8.2 By making a booking, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing your stay.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
